A: To initiate a refund please forward your request to support@soundike.com with a detailed explanation why the refund should be made. Please note that refund is possible if you have used up less than 5% of your initial deposit.

A: Unfortunately in this case refund is not possible. We strongly recommend our members to calculate the approximate sum of purchases prior to making a deposit, please feel free to use shopping cart facility.
